Fogging Machine (Smoke Machine / Water Mist Dual Use) Usage and Applications
I. Main Applications
Agricultural and Forestry Pest Control
Applying pesticides to orchards, tea plantations, nursery forests, and tall trees for pest control. The mist particles are extremely fine and have strong penetration, adhering to both the upper and lower surfaces of leaves as well as the inner parts, resulting in excellent pesticide efficiency.
Greenhouse Plant Protection
Fungicide, insecticide, and disease prevention in greenhouses. The fog spreads evenly and completely, leaving no blind spots, and maintaining uniform humidity without harming the crops.
Livestock Farm Disinfection
Disinfection and sterilization in pig farms, cattle sheds, chicken houses, and breeding areas. The machine sprays fog uniformly throughout the house, providing rapid and comprehensive disinfection.
Public Epidemic Control and Disinfection
Large-scale epidemic control and disinfection in villages, communities, corridors, garbage stations, parks, and epidemic areas.
Farmland Crops
Pest and disease prevention in wheat, corn, cotton, and rice fields. The fog is sprayed from a long distance, with higher efficiency than ordinary sprayers.
Other Applications
Fumigation and pest control in warehouses, forests, green belts, and mosquito and fly extermination.
II. Machine Advantages
Fine mist particles, strong diffusion, good penetration, water and pesticide savings; long range, fast operation, suitable for large areas, tall trees, and enclosed spaces.
III. Operating Methods
1. Preparations before operation
Personal protection
Wear protective masks, goggles, rubber gloves, long-sleeved clothes, rain boots. Do not allow exposed skin to come into contact with the pesticide fog.
Pesticide liquid ratio
Mix water and pesticide according to the instructions on the pesticide package. Add water first, then add pesticide, and stir evenly. Do not increase the pesticide dosage at will.
Machine inspection
Fill the fuel tank and pesticide tank, check for no air leakage or liquid leakage in the pipelines, spark plugs, oil circuits are normal, and the nozzles are unobstructed.
2. Startup steps
Turn on the fuel switch and pesticide tank switch, press the oil pump to supply oil.
Turn on the power supply, press the ignition switch, and gently press the fuel supply while starting the machine with a pulse ignition.
The machine runs at a stable idle speed, observe the normal fogging before starting the operation.
3. Spraying operation techniques
Spray in the wind direction, stand in the upwind position. Do not face the pesticide fog in the opposite wind direction.
For trees, walk from bottom to top and from outside to inside at a uniform speed, moving slowly to allow the fog to naturally diffuse and penetrate.
For greenhouses, close the vents before spraying and wait for 2-3 hours of ventilation after spraying.
Operate in the cool morning or evening hours, avoiding the hot noon to reduce pesticide damage and personnel poisoning risks.
Do not spray directly at young seedlings or flower buds to prevent burns.
4. Shutdown and Cleaning
First, turn off the pesticide tank switch, continue to idle for a few seconds to burn off the residual pesticide in the pipelines.
Turn off the fuel switch and extinguish the fire. Wait for the machine to cool down before touching the body (the body temperature is high, be careful of burns).
After each use, add water to the machine for fogging, clean the pesticide path and nozzles of residual pesticides to prevent blockage and corrosion.
IV. Safety Precautions
Do not operate by the elderly, children, pregnant women, those who have consumed alcohol, or those who are fatigued.
Do not smoke, drink water, or eat during operation.
Do not use in enclosed and narrow rooms for a long time to prevent poisoning from exhaust gas and pesticide fog.
Do not spray directly at people, livestock, beehives, fish ponds to avoid poisoning and contamination.
If pesticide liquid splashes on the skin or eyes, rinse with plenty of water immediately. Seek medical attention if unwell.
The body is hot during work, do not touch the exhaust pipe or combustion chamber.
V. Daily Maintenance
Rinse the pesticide tank, pipelines, and nozzles with water after each use to prevent pesticide residue from clogging.
Regularly clean the spark plugs, air filter, and exhaust pipe carbon deposits.
Store empty fuel and pesticide liquids, dry the body, and place it in a cool and dry place.
