How to Use a Two-Stroke Engine Correctly

The engine is a two-stroke engine, and the fuel used is a mixture of gasoline and two-stroke engine oil. The ratio of the mixture is: two-stroke engine oil: gasoline = 1:50. Use gasoline with an octane rating of 90 or higher, and two-stroke engine oil with the symbol 2T. Only use branded engine oil, and it is best to use dedicated two-stroke engine oil. Do not use four-stroke engine oil. It is recommended that for the first 30 hours, the ratio be 1:40, and after 30 hours, use the normal ratio of 1:50. Do not exceed 1:50, otherwise, the mixture will be too thin and may cause cylinder scoring. Please strictly follow the instructions on the oil mixing container provided with the machine to mix the oil. Do not mix the oil by estimation. It is best to mix the oil just before use and do not use the mixture that has been prepared for a long time.

◆ Before the machine starts working, run it at low speed for a few minutes. When the machine is working, use high speed for the throttle. After each tank of fuel is used, rest for 10 minutes. Clean the heat sink of the machine after each use to ensure proper heat dissipation.

◆ Remove the spark plug every 25 hours of use, clean the dust on the electrode with a wire brush, and adjust the electrode gap to 0.6-0.7mm.

◆ Clean the air filter every 25 hours to remove dust. If there is a lot of dust, clean it more frequently. Clean the foam filter element with gasoline or detergent and water, squeeze it dry, and then soak it in engine oil. Squeeze out the excess oil and install it. If it is marked "DON NOT OIL", do not add engine oil.

◆ Remove the muffler every 50 hours of use, and clean the carbon deposits on the exhaust port and the muffler outlet.

◆ Remove impurities from the fuel filter (oil suction head) every 25 hours.
