Machine Operation Precautions:
1. Operators must undergo training. Before the first use, they should carefully read the operation manual.
2. It is strictly prohibited to operate the cutting machine after drinking alcohol, being fatigued, or when ill.
3. Wear tight long-sleeved shirts and long pants. Do not wear short-sleeved shirts, skirts, scarves, ties, or work coats for operation.
4. Wear work clothes and corresponding labor protection equipment as required, such as helmets, protective glasses, gloves, work shoes, etc.
5. Before refueling, turn off the engine. When the engine is hot and there is no fuel, stop the machine for 3 minutes, cool the engine before refueling, and the fuel must not overflow. If it overflows, clean it up before refueling. After adding fuel to the cutting machine, move the machine to a safe place and start it.
6. Do not smoke while using the machine or near the machine to prevent fires.
7. When maintaining or repairing, turn off the engine, remove the spark plug high-voltage wire.
8. Keep a distance of 3 meters from irrelevant personnel at the operation site to prevent the thrown blades and debris from causing injuries.
9. Adjust the idle speed properly. Ensure that the cutter head does not rotate when the accelerator is released.
10. Before operating, make sure the safety devices are securely installed.
11. If hard objects such as rocks or iron wires are hit by the blade, or if the blade is struck, turn off the engine. Check if the blade is damaged. Do not use if there are any abnormal phenomena.
12. Do not perform operations in rainy weather; do not operate in bad weather conditions such as strong winds or fog.
13. Take breaks during long-term operation and check if all components are loose, especially the blade area.
14. Always hold the handle firmly during operation to maintain balance and keep your feet apart appropriately.
15. Before stopping or moving, turn off the engine.
16. During transportation, turn off the engine. When moving or storing the machine, the blade must have a protective device. When moving, the blade should face forward.
17. Only use plastic ropes as the cutting head; do not use steel wires instead.
