Operation Guidelines for Power Sprayers
I. Pre-operation Guidelines
1. Check that the pipeline of the machine is not cracked, the nozzle is not blocked, and the filter is clean; the sealing rings of the oil tank and medicine tank are in good condition and tightly closed without leakage.
2. Dosage Preparation Guidelines: Dilute the pesticide first, stir and dissolve it, filter it, and then add it to the medicine tank; do not arbitrarily increase the dosage, and do not mix pesticides randomly.
3. Adequate Protection: Must wear a mask, goggles, rubber gloves, long-sleeved clothes and pants. Do not operate with exposed skin.
II. Startup Guidelines
1. Close the cooling fan valve, open the heating valve; adjust the throttle to the idle position.
2. Pull the starter smoothly and forcefully. Start the machine and preheat at low speed for 1 minute. Wait until the sound is stable before working.
3. First, test spray with clean water, adjust the pressure and spray size, and check for no leakage and normal atomization before spraying pesticide.
III. Field Spraying Operation Guidelines
1. Wind Direction Guidelines: Spray in the direction of the wind or at an angle to the wind. Always stand in the upwind position, and the pesticide spray should not drift towards your face.
2. Walking Speed Guidelines: Walk at a constant and slow pace. Do not walk fast or stop for a long time. Spray while walking to avoid excessive pesticide concentration causing damage.
3. Spray Position Guidelines: The nozzle should be 30-50 centimeters away from the crops, spray diagonally upwards towards the leaf backs, and move up, down, left and right in an even manner.
4. Pressure Control Guidelines: Do not spray continuously at full load and high pressure for a long time. Moderate pressure provides good atomization, saves pesticide, and does not damage the machine.
5. Do not spray on windy days, rainy days, or during the hottest part of the day.
IV. Shutdown Guidelines
1. First, turn off the pesticide liquid switch, and continue to idle for a moment to flush out residual pesticide in the pump body and pipeline.
2. Turn off the engine, drain the remaining pesticide, and do not leave the pesticide in the machine overnight.
V. Daily Maintenance Guidelines
1. Rinse the medicine tank, pipeline, nozzle, and filter with clean water after each use.
2. If not used for a long time, empty the gasoline and pesticide, wipe dry, and store in a cool and dry place.
3. Regularly check the spark plugs, engine oil, rubber seals, and sealing rings. Replace them when damaged.
