Usage Method of Power Pump

I. Preparations Before Use

Place it stably on a solid surface, with an inclination not exceeding 15°

Fill the pump with sufficient water to draw in water, drain all air

Add mixed fuel (for two-stroke engines) / pure gasoline (for four-stroke engines), and add engine oil

Secure the inlet and outlet water pipes, place the filter bottom valve underwater, and ensure no air leakage

Check that the screws, oil pipes, throttle, and ignition switch are in good condition

II. Startup Steps

Close the choke valve, open the fuel switch

Set the throttle to the medium position, pull the start handle to start

If the start is successful, slowly open the choke valve, preheat at idle speed for 1 minute

Gradually increase the throttle, start normal water pumping

III. Normal Use

It is necessary to install a filter screen for the inlet to prevent sand and stones from blocking the pump

Do not operate at high speed for a long time without load

Do not allow the pump to idle without water for more than 1 minute, as it may easily burn the impeller

Do not bend or flatten the water pipe to ensure smooth water discharge

When transporting water over a long distance, try to minimize the number of bends and increase the water volume

IV. Shutdown Method

Reduce the throttle slightly, run at idle speed for half a minute

Turn off the ignition switch to stop

Turn off the fuel switch

V. After Use Maintenance

Drain the residual water in the pump body and water pipes

Clean the inlet filter screen of debris and sand

Dry the oil stains and water marks on the body

If not used for a long time, empty the fuel in the fuel tank and store it in a dry place

VI. Common Precautions

Do not start and idle without water

Do not pump mud, sewage, or dirty water containing debris

If the inlet and outlet water pipes leak, no water will be discharged

New machines should be run under low load for a while before full load operation
