Usage method and key points the fogging machine

Check the machine first, then prepare the medicine, preheat when starting a cold machine, spray evenly with the wind, turn off the medicine first and then the oil when shutting down, and clean after each use.

Detailed steps are as follows:

I. Preparations before operation (must do)

Safety protection: Wear a gas mask, goggles, acid and alkali resistant gloves, and protective clothing. Direct skin contact with pesticides is strictly prohibited.

Machine inspection

Fuel tank: Add clean 92# gasoline, the oil level should be 3 cm below the tank opening, and tightly close the fuel tank cap.

Medicine tank: No cracks, the sealing ring is intact, and the cap is tightly closed without air leakage (no misting if there is air leakage).

Pipes / nozzles: No blockage or damage, and the filter screen is clean.

Battery / circuit: The electrode is clean and the connection is firm. Press the ignition button and there should be a "sizzling" spark sound.

Medicine preparation (key)

Dilute according to the instructions on the pesticide label. First, stir thoroughly in a bucket to dissolve, then filter through a filter screen and pour into the tank.

Powder / foliar fertilizer: Dissolve first, then filter, and then add to the medicine tank to avoid nozzle blockage.

Medicine dosage: Do not exceed 90% of the tank capacity (2-3 cm from the opening), and tightly close the medicine tank cap.

Environment and time: Choose a time with no wind or light wind (<3 levels), no rain, and in the early morning or evening (avoid 10:00-16:00 when it is hot) for operation.

II. Startup steps (cold machine / new machine)

Empty the oil line (new machine / long-term storage): Press the carburetor oil bubble 20 times repeatedly until it becomes hard and oil flows out.

Switch status: Medicine valve off, fuel tank switch on, air damper open (for cold machine).

Ignition start

Hold the machine flat, press the ignition button (listen for the spark sound), and simultaneously pump the air evenly (use more force for a cold machine, less for a hot machine).

After starting, preheat for 1 minute. Only start working when the sound is stable and powerful.

Test spray and adjustment: First, test spray with clean water, adjust the mist volume, range, and atomization effect, and confirm there is no leakage before officially spraying pesticides.

III. Field operation

Spraying posture: Carry the machine on both shoulders firmly, keep the spray pipe horizontal and slightly downward, and keep a distance of 30-40 cm from the crops.

Walking and wind direction:

No wind: Swing left and right at 90°-100°, swing once per step, and cover evenly.

With wind: Walk with the wind and spray against the wind. The walking direction should be perpendicular to the wind direction to prevent the mist from drifting towards the human body.

Speed and dosage: Walk about 30 meters per minute, and adjust the mist volume according to the size of the crops. Do not re-spray or miss spraying.

Dual-purpose switch (smoke / water mist)

Water mist (fruit trees / large fields): Set the medicine valve to medium opening, keep the nozzle 30-50 cm from the crops, and spray fine and even mist.

Smoke (empty greenhouse / garden cleaning): Fully open the medicine valve, keep the nozzle 80-100 cm from the crops, and let the mist linger for 5-10 minutes.

IV. Shutdown steps (prevent backflow / prevent damage)

Normal shutdown: First, turn off the medicine valve → idle for 1 minute → close the throttle → close the fuel tank switch.

Unexpected shutdown: Immediately point the nozzle downward and turn off the medicine valve to prevent the medicine from flowing back into the carburetor / spark plug (backflow will make it difficult to start and requires cleaning the spark plug or drying).

V. Daily maintenance and storage (extend service life)

After each use

Medicine tank / pipes: Rinse repeatedly with clean water, spray clean water for 1-2 minutes, and drain the remaining liquid.
