Working Principle of the Power Sprayer
I. Overall Structure
It consists of a gasoline engine, a high-pressure pump, a medicine tank, a pipeline, a spray gun, and a pressure regulating valve.
II. Working Process
Engine power output
The gasoline engine rotates due to its operation, driving the high-pressure plunger pump to rotate and providing power.
Absorbing and drawing in water
The pump body creates negative pressure, drawing the medicine from the medicine tank into the pump.
Pressurization and boosting
The plunger reciprocates to squeeze the medicine, converting the low-pressure water into high-pressure liquid.
Stabilizing and regulating pressure
The pressure regulating valve controls the pressure level, and the excess medicine flows back to the medicine tank.
High-pressure atomization and spraying
The high-pressure medicine passes through the fine holes of the spray head, instantly breaking and tearing, turning into fine mist and being sprayed out.
III. Simple Summary
The engine drives the high-pressure pump to draw in water and boost pressure → The high-pressure water passes through the spray head and atomizes → Forms a spray for spraying medicine
IV. Core Function
High pressure: Sprayed farther, higher
Fine atomization: Better adhesion of medicine, less waste
High efficiency: Quick spraying for large-scale farmlands and orchards
V. Common Minor Principles
No misting: Insufficient pressure, clogged spray head, blocked water intake filter
Low pressure: Wear of the plunger, too small throttle, malfunction of the return valve
