1. The core: gasoline engine oil ratio (most important)

Standard ratio: 25:1

25 parts 92# pure gasoline : 1 part two-stroke special engine oil

Do not use four-stroke engine oil, motorcycle engine oil, or used engine oil

New machines / during the break-in period, you can use a 20:1 ratio to protect the engine

Ratio simple memory

1 liter gasoline = 40 milliliters two-stroke engine oil

Big mistakes

❌ Only add pure gasoline → directly damage cylinder and break down

❌ Add too much oil → black smoke, lack of power, carbon buildup blocking spark plug

2. Correct refueling steps

Turn off the machine, cool down before refueling

Keep away from open flames, no smoking

Mix the mixed oil first, shake well before pouring into the fuel tank

Don't fill it up completely, leave some space to prevent expansion and oil leakage

Tighten the fuel tank cap after refueling

3. Correct starting method

Close the air vent (must close in cold engine)

Press the oil bubble, see the oil pipe filled with oil

Keep the throttle in the middle, smoothly pull the starting rope

After ignition, slowly open the air vent

Idle preheating for 30 seconds before working

Hot engine start: directly open the air vent to start, no need to close

4. Operating procedures

Do not idle or run for a long time, as it can cause oil to accumulate and flood the spark plug

Work gradually, do not start with full throttle

When the load is high, accelerate smoothly, do not suddenly increase or decrease the throttle

After continuous work for 1 hour, stop and rest for 10 minutes to cool down

Do not idle at high speed for a long time

5. Correct shutdown sequence

First, run at idle for half a minute to dissipate heat

Then, turn off the ignition switch to stop

Do not block the exhaust or force the engine to stop

6. Daily maintenance must do

After each use

Clean the air filter (clean the sponge filter and squeeze dry)

Every 20 hours

Check the spark plug, remove carbon deposits, check the gap is normal

Every 50 hours

Replace new spark plugs, clean the dust on the heat dissipation fins

Long-term storage

Empty the remaining mixed oil in the fuel tank and clear the remaining oil in the carburetor

7. Self-check for common faults

Hard to start, flooded cylinder: wrong air vent used, too concentrated oil

Lack power, sluggish engine: air filter blocked

Blue smoke: too much oil added

Overheating and engine shutdown: heat dissipation fins blocked, incorrect ratio

Pull cylinder stuck: no two-stroke engine oil added

8. Absolutely prohibited items

Do not mix 95/98 high-grade engine oil randomly, 92# is the most suitable

Do not mix different brands of two-stroke engine oil

Do not remove the spark plug or touch the cylinder head at high temperature of the machine

Do not privately adjust the throttle speed limit

Stop the machine immediately and repair if water or sand is inhaled
