I. Oil Filling (most crucial, 80% of failed engines have incorrect oil ratio)

Oil: 92# unleaded gasoline + FD/FC two-stroke special engine oil. Do not use car oil.

New machine break-in period (first 3-5 oil changes): 25:1 (25 liters of gasoline: 1 liter of oil)

Normal use: 50:1 (50 liters of gasoline: 1 liter of oil)

First, shake the oil in the spare oil tank well, then add it to the fuel tank; gasoline storage should not exceed 30 days. Gasoline evaporation becomes thicker and prone to lack of lubrication and cylinder seizure.

Do not add pure gasoline directly.

II. Standard Startup

Cold engine (more than 30 minutes of idling)

Open the oil circuit switch, close the choke valve;

Press the oil bubble, the oil pipe is full of oil without bubbles;

Half-open the throttle, pull the start rope;

After ignition, slowly fully open the choke valve, preheat with a low throttle for 30 seconds before working.

Hot engine (shortly after engine shutdown)

Choke valve fully open, directly start, closing the choke valve is very likely to flood the cylinder.

Flood cylinder treatment: Fully open the choke valve, fully open the throttle, repeatedly pull the rope to drain the oil.

III. Operating Usage Points

Do not idle for a long time: Idle time does not exceed 3 minutes. Low speed accumulates carbon and blocks the muffler, and adheres to the piston ring.

Do not choke the throttle: When encountering hard resistance, promptly reduce the throttle, long-time idling, high temperature, overheating, knocking and cylinder seizure.

Intermittent operation for air-cooled models: Continuous use for 50 minutes, then stop for 10 minutes for natural cooling.

Shut off: First, idle at a low speed for 10 seconds to cool down, then turn off the ignition switch, and finally turn off the oil circuit.

IV. Daily Maintenance (must be done after each use) Air filter element

Foam filter: After each cleaning, rinse with clean water, dry it, and apply a thin layer of two-stroke engine oil; replace immediately if damaged.

Paper filter: Replace directly if clogged; cannot be washed with water.

Spark plug: Inspect and remove carbon deposits after 30 hours of operation; adjust electrode gap to 0.6-0.7mm; blackening indicates excessive engine oil / air filter blockage; whitening indicates insufficient engine oil.

Silencer: Remove internal carbon deposits after 20-30 hours; carbon deposits blocking the exhaust can cause poor exhaust flow and reduced power at high temperatures.

Oil filter: Replace every six months or 100 hours to prevent impurities from clogging the oil filter.

VII. Prohibited Items

Do not lack engine oil or mix engine oil proportions randomly;

Do not continue to use a damaged air filter; sand and dust directly scratch the cylinder block;

Do not disassemble parts or store upside down immediately when the machine is hot (leaking oil and flooding the cylinder);

Do not use inferior gasoline; it is prone to detonation and knocking the cylinder.

Simple mnemonic:

Mix oil in proportion, close the fan valve in cold engine, fully open the fan valve in hot engine, do not idle or stall the engine, frequently clean the air filter and silencer.
